Our Policies

Given the nature of our business as a service provider, we do not believe that there is any risk of slavery, human trafficking, or child labor prevailing within our business.

We operate internal policies to ensure that we are conducting business in an ethical manner which include:

All employees are provided with a contract of employment and our recruitment processes are in line with applicable employment laws. PGA Labs and its parent Praxian Global Private Limited offer market standard pay and rewards which are checked annually.

We make little use of services demanding unskilled labor and those services and products we do use are sourced from reputable suppliers. Our suppliers are for the most part limited to professional services, commercial real estate, staff benefits and healthcare, facility management, office equipment, and computer hardware and software. We believe that the risk of modern slavery in our supply chain is low, but we remain alert and will continue to review our processes, in respect of new and existing suppliers, and our internal policies.

Changes to this Policy: Please note that this policy may change from time to time. Please review the policy periodically for changes.
